On the morning of May 12, 2015, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, the Honorable Steven Blaney, introduced The Removal of Serious Foreign Criminals Act (Bill C-60), which proposes amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act that will have implications for protected persons and persons seeking protection in Canada.
