You need to meet 4 criteria:

  1. You have an In-Canada spousal application right now;
  2. You have a Canadian citizen or PR spouse as a sponsor;
  3. Both applicant and sponsor reside at the SAME address; and
  4. Applicant has valid temporary resident status — not an out-of-status spouse!
