Update to the instructions on the International Mobility Program concerning employer-specific work permits with Labour Market Impact Assessment exemptionsThe Employer Portal will be launched on October 26, 2015. The Employer Portal replaces the email submission method of the Offer of Employment to a Foreign National Exempt from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) form [IMM 5802]. It also allows employers under the International Mobility Program to pay for the employer compliance fee.

A correction has been made to the inadmissibility period; it was changed from two to five years.
