This message is to inform you that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will be sending a reminder email to everyone who was randomly selected to submit a complete application to sponsor their parents and/or grandparents. The reminder will be sent to the email address provided on the ‘Interest to Sponsor” form which, for some individuals, was a representative’s email address.
IRCC must receive the complete applications by Friday August 4, 2017. If applications are not received by that date, potential sponsors will not be able to sponsor their parents and/or grandparents in 2017 and will have to reapply next year under the 2018 intake process.
No further action is required if the potential sponsor has already submitted their application(s).
