Today MIDI , the Quebec Immigration Department published the attached ministerial instructions:
The following business Immigration categories are reopened as follows:
1,900 – Investor applications (1,330 China reserved cap) – intake period from May 30, 2016 – February 28, 2017 – exemption from cap for intermediate-advanced French
50 – Entrepreneur applications – intake period from April 1 , 2016 until cap is reached- exemption from cap for intermediate-advanced level French.
50 – Self-employed applications– intake period from April 1 , 2016 until cap is reached- exemption from cap for intermediate-advanced level French.
We expect the second and third categories are probably completed due to the limited spaces, but Investor applications may be still open.
