There is now an option to report complaints, comments, and compliments to the Canadian government regarding their border services. A new form has gone live on the Government of Canada’s website where individuals can document their border crossing experience in up to 1000 words (after providing some biographical data). We recommend keeping this service option in mind, but use it wisely and with caution when reporting genuine issues.
