“This is the second time that CIC picked more than 2,000 applicants! With the target of 300,000 PR in 2017, it shows CIC’s willingness to accept more applicants. With the new law in effective on Nov 19, 2016, we anticipate for lower score (lower than 450, perhaps) and more invitations (around 2,000) in the next round, which is expected in the first week of December, 2016.
