Without knowing English or French, it can be very difficult to come to Canada, but there are some programs that require less language proficiency than most. In Ontario, there is a special program for entrepreneurs and business people but to get in there are many requirements. You must have some net worth, and you must show how much you will invest into the Canadian businesses. You must also create a business plan for an active business. This program is very competitive, so often the application will take a while to be confirmed. If you are chosen you will be given a two-year work permit and you must use your plan to prove that you will be a benefit to Canada.
