There will be no more Visa services at the Canadian Embassy in Prague because Czech Republic citizens now no longer need to obtain a Visa to enter into Canada.
All applications should be filed via online or via Vienna visa services.

Effective immediately, the Visa Section of the Canadian Embassy in Prague is closed.
With the lifting of the visa requirement, holders of Czech Republic passports will no longer require a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) in order to seek entry to Canada.
