According to the minister, Express Entry is the key element for our future immigration – it does 3 things well:
1. Comparison is allowed among applicants in advance – not the first in line, but allows us to choose the best ones for Canada
2. We are open for business in immigration – people can assess if they have a chance immediately without going through or waiting years
3. Engage whole range of stakeholders who participate in selecting immigrants, which allows for improvement and adjustment quickly.
