The Employer Portal will be launched on October 26, 2015. The Employer Portal replaces the email submission method of the Offer of Employment to a Foreign National Exempt from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) form [IMM 5802]. It also allows employers under the International Mobility Program to pay for the employer compliance fee.
Update to the instructions on the inadmissibility period for misrepresentation
A correction has been made to the inadmissibility period; it was changed from two to five years.
