Unbelievable! IRCC is NOT allowing anyone else to enter into the notice of interest pool, which was closed in Nov, 2020 – almost 3 years ago! They are only inviting people who submitted their notice of interest in Oct, 2020 – 24,000 interested people for the last 3 full years and 2023! How could they get another 15,000 completed applications from the same 24,000 interested people now after selecting continuously for 2020, 2021 and 2022? Is anyone left in that initial 24,000? This is incredibly unfair for those Canadian citizens and permanent residents waiting for the last 3 years for this program to be re-open.
