Please note the following announcement from IRCC:
“Thanks to [the participation of the CBA Citizenship & Immigration Members] we were able to uncover and resolve many issues. There are still issues that need to be fixed before we can safely launch to all the clients. To be in a position to fix all the issues, the department has decided that the best approach is to pause the use of online PR card application starting Wednesday, July 4, 2018.
If you have pending online applications that were already submitted through the portal, rest assured that those will be processed. Until further notice, you will not be able to submit new ones, and you will be required to submit your clients’ applications by mail as of July 4, 2018.
